ONCE SOLUTIONS

Product videos that make sense across markets.

Make the product clear. Give buyers a reason to keep going.

International buyers will not study an instruction manual for the brand. ONCE plans product-page films, detail videos, ad cutdowns and language versions together, helping the product communicate at each stage of discovery, comparison and purchase.

Three jobs the content should do

More traffic or sales cannot be promised by a film alone. What the production can do is make it easier for the right people to stop, understand the product, assess what they see and decide whether to take the next step.

01

Make the value easier to understand

Use complete actions, comparisons and visible outcomes to turn a complex benefit into a clear reason to consider the product.

02

Give buyers something credible to assess

Show real samples, materials, operation and use conditions that viewers can examine beyond the headline claim.

03

Make the footage useful in more places

Plan a shared set of assets for listings, direct-to-consumer websites, advertising and international social channels.

Not just a film for export. Content for the way people buy.

An ad may bring someone to the page; the product content then needs to help them understand, trust and continue. We work backwards from the page and channel to the shots, so a well-made film does not end up unused in an asset folder.

International markets are specific audiences, not a distant idea.

Each stage should have a clear decision, an agreed output and someone responsible for it. When the scope changes, we discuss the effect before deciding what to do next.

  1. 01

    Start with the business

Clarify the product, audience, launch moment and action the content should support. The format can follow; the objective should not remain vague.

  2. 02

    Decide what is worth filming

Bring the benefits, supporting demonstrations, creative idea and channels together before choosing the shots.

  3. 03

    Make the production visible

Confirm the script, storyboards, schedule, budget, shoot and post-production in stages. Know what the budget covers and what needs approval next. See the sets and equipment at U-STUDIO, our Shenzhen studio, when planning the shoot.

  4. 04

    Plan for reuse

Alongside the hero film, plan cutdowns, horizontal and vertical versions, subtitles and key images so one production can serve more real applications.

One production. A connected set of assets.

We do not start by forcing the project into a standard package. First define who needs the content; then put the hero film, shorter versions, formats and future use into the same delivery plan.

A good fit for

  • Consumer brands entering international markets.
  • Teams that need one shoot to support several channels.
  • Products whose benefits need more explanation than a static page can provide.

Deliverables can include

  • A brand-led product hero film.
  • Amazon and Shopify product-page videos.
  • 15-second and 30-second advertising cutdowns.
  • 9:16 versions for international social channels.
  • Subtitled versions and multilingual masters.

The final selection is agreed for the project, not included automatically in every engagement.

Clear questions make for a stronger launch.

Share the product, the audience and what you want the work to achieve. We will help turn those expectations into a practical creative and production plan.

Which international channels can one shoot support?

We can plan aspect ratios, durations, subtitles and information order for the actual destinations, including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. The agreed project list determines the final versions.

Can the shoot cover both brand-building and conversion-focused assets?

Yes, with clear roles for each. The hero film establishes value and visual character; cutdowns communicate specific benefits quickly and support the next action. Both can share sets and product demonstrations.

Can we film an engineering prototype?

We first assess its condition and which capabilities may be shown publicly. A function that cannot be repeated reliably will not be presented as a finished product result. A test of the critical shots may be needed first.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Product or brand information, the intended audience, channels and launch timing, existing content and an indicative budget. Incomplete information is fine; we can begin with the most important question.

Why is duration alone not enough for a quote?

Two 30-second films may require very different talent, locations, shoot days, art direction, effects, licences and version counts. A useful quote corresponds to a defined scope, not just a number of seconds.

Brand, product, corporate and social content do not always need separate shoots. Start with the most important commercial task, then identify the people, sets, products and footage that can be planned together.

Before your next launch, give the content a clear role.

Send ONCE the product link, target markets and launch date. We will first work out what is most worth filming, then discuss how to produce it.

Talk about your international project

Brand and project names on this page refer to work already featured in ONCE’s public portfolio. The content is intended to support understanding, trust and the opportunity to act. Traffic and sales also depend on the product, pricing, channels, media activity and market conditions.
