Global launch · Delivery map
Global product launch, first map thedelivery plan
A hero film, ecommerce content, paid media and social content are not four separate productions. Work backward from the launch date to map content milestones, then assign the same product facts to different channels so production resources do not get scattered across versions in the final week.
LAUNCH OUTPUT BOARD
STATUSThe conclusion first
Lock the launch date, page placement, target markets and available product status first, then decide how the hero film and channel versions will share the footage.
These projects need content coordination first
When channels, languages and teams multiply at the same time, the usual problem is not one missing video but the lack of a delivery map shared by everyone.
Launch multiple channels at once
The website, Amazon, crowdfunding page, ads and social channels need different openings and information density.
Take one product into multiple markets
Language, units, interfaces and compliant wording change subtitle space and shot duration.
The prototype and launch date are both tight
Put shootable status, reshoot windows and post-production version dependencies into the same schedule.
One fact master, four delivery lines
What is shared is the product facts, visual identity and asset index; what changes is the viewing task, opening frame, duration, aspect ratio and call to action.
Shoot the full story, then rebuild by task
The complete product view, core actions, user feedback, settings and brand atmosphere form a searchable master asset library.
Brand hero film
Establish the new product's value, brand voice and complete narrative.
Ecommerce page
Prioritize product recognition, functional proof and installation and use.
Paid media Cutdown
One clear hook, a clear opening frame and comparable variables.
Social content
Vertical action blocks, behind-the-scenes material and ongoing content.

Work backward from launch day instead of splitting versions after the master is finished
Every milestone should state who confirms what, and which delivery line will be affected by a one-day delay.

Frequently asked questions about global product launch videos
Can one hero film be directly cut into versions for every channel?
The master assets can be shared, but the edit cannot be purely mechanical. Pages, ads and social content have different viewing tasks, so the opening, pacing, subtitles and ending should be adjusted separately.
When should multilingual preparation begin?
Build the terminology list and market version table at the script stage. Language length, units and approved wording affect screen time, so this cannot wait until the finished film is complete.
Can we start shooting before the prototype is fully finalized?
You can shoot functions that are stable and reproducible, but define the prototype status, prohibited shots and reshoot window clearly. Do not present a concept-stage condition as a mass-production fact.
Send us the launch date and channel table, and we will map the delivery plan first.
ONCE will first organize product status, master assets, market versions and review milestones before moving into scripting, scheduling and pricing.
