Production notes and planning
Read a documented production story alongside the gallery, or explore the planning process for a shoot in China.
Strong work begins on set.
These behind-the-scenes records capture what really happens when an idea becomes production: scouting, set building, lighting, camera tests, blocking and the decisions made by directors, cinematographers, gaffers, art teams and producers. Every project has a different scale, but the standard is the same—keep everyone aligned on the same frame.
Beyond the frame, we plan schedules, set safety, media management and horizontal and vertical versions. After the shoot, the work continues through editing, colour, sound, CGI and AIGC extensions until the content is ready to deliver and use.
Send the brief. Let’s talk through the idea.
If you are planning a brand film, product video, TVC, international campaign or a live-action and AIGC project, tell us about the brand, audience, channels, timing and budget. We will first clarify what to shoot, where to shoot and where AI adds value, then shape the creative, crew, production and delivery plan.
