Schedule a Studio Visit for Complex Shoots
For advance set builds, lighting tests, vehicle access, on-site sound recording or high-power electricity, the core creative team should visit the studio to confirm the actual conditions.

When should I schedule a studio visit?
If you need set construction, advance lighting tests, vehicle access, high-power electricity, on-site sound recording or a large crew, the director, cinematographer and producer should bring the floor plan and storyboard to confirm the conditions on site.
How far in advance should complex set construction be scheduled?
This depends on the time required for design, materials, construction and safety inspections. After the studio visit, we will schedule set construction, lighting tests, shooting and location restoration separately.
