Your product engineer likes the demonstration from a supplier in China. The next reviewer is a service lead who needs to know whether a technician can replace a module. A forwarded company reel may impress them without showing the connector, the required access or the step they need to approve.

Use intent to start a conversation

In its November 4, 2026 Audienscope Discover documentation, Influ2 describes finding accounts from signals it associates with individual contacts and adding relevant people to a potential buying group. This is the vendor’s description of its workflow. It does not establish that those contacts watched an asset, share a priority or have approval authority. Confirm the next reviewer and their job with the account before you commission new footage.

Specify a handoff before writing the shot list

ONCE’s forwarding brief names the sender, the receiving role, the pending decision, the evidence that can be shared and the next action. For the hypothetical module, give the service lead a short approved demonstration that identifies the exact revision, shows the access point and ends with the observable result. Attach the approved service sheet with prerequisites and ask for a decision on whether to schedule a technical review. Footage cannot stand in for a service specification or prove what another revision does.

If a document answers the question by itself, send it. If there is good coverage in the existing library, order a standalone edit that survives being forwarded without the presentation. Book a pickup only when the relevant action is absent. When scoping production in Shenzhen, price that shot and its approval separately from the general brand film.

Test the packet with a cold reviewer

Give a colleague the exact email and files the receiving role would see. Ask which product revision it covers, what it establishes, what they still need, and who should act. Use one live sales handoff as a pilot and record the questions it produces and whether the agreed review takes place. A view counts as viewing. A completed review requires its own evidence.
